Should start with a better attitude or shouldn’t work being a stylist at all this is my second time here obviously lauren t. was having a bad day which gives no right to be irritated at the customers who’s paying for haircuts I watched her throughout my wait and was in disbelief on how unprofessinal she was constantly on her phone and not focus at all on her task at hand it was simple basic fades which bothered me because she was unsure of what to do thruout the haircuts of the customers unfortunately when my name was called she was my stylist although I didn’t want her cutting my hair there was a bit of a wait time and didn’t want to wait any longer if I was the boss there I would keep a close eye on her she shows no respect for sports clips at all knowing that’s who she represents I think she belongs working in a warehouse

Went in for a haircut after a couple of months of not getting a haircut. Requested Nat who is very friendly and has great customer service and she did an amazing job with fading my hair. I would highly recommend her if you want someone to take the time to make sure everything is cut neatly and on point. She doesn't rush at all and makes sure that you are totally happy before leaving. Keep up the amazing work Nat!! :)

this place was a dump...there was hair all over thw ground in the waiting area and on the counter where you check-in and pay...customer service is non-existent when we walked in one lady in the back corner on her phone didnt even acknowledge us then another came out that ended up helping us...she took in my son & didnt even bother to ask me as his mother what we were doing or what i wanted so i let them continue...when she was done they walked over which i had to say we wanted the mvp so she took him to the back area...once complete i checked and wasnt all that satisfied but just wanted to get the hel out of that dump they call a salon...it sucks that the waipahu store closed customer service was much better and the front area was NEVER dirty...lazy bunch of staff in Kapolei with no customer service...wont be going there again will try Mililani instead!
