Your new app is wasting people’s time! I checked in online and the app says my stylist will be available in 45 minutes. 5 minutes later, I got a text saying my stylist will be ready in 15 minutes. I tried to get there in time but I live 20 minutes away. My check in was cancelled as soon as I got there. So I had to check in again. The wait was one hour long. I’m so pissed! The lady at Kapolei Sports Clips was super rude about it too. Her name is Kimy and could care less with what I have to say. She blamed it on the new app and just ignored me after I was still talking to her. I get that they might be busy but a little compassion would go a long way. I overhead her talking to someone on the phone and she had the same attitude. She said the wait time was one hour long and hung up the phone. Zero compassion or customer service. I’m super disappointed with Kimy and the app.

Less than a week ago I called about 10:25 am to see if they had an 11 am availability. They said they don't do reservations on the phone any more, I would need to go online myself and get on a wait list, she refused to add me to the wait list herself. She said there was no wait at the time so I showered and was in store by 11. Now there was 3 people ahead of me with an approximate 28 minute wait time. I waited for 20 minutes but had to get to work so I left. I commented on how bad the Customer Service was to Kimy & Jess, one of whom I had spoken on the phone with. After calling the store and speaking to your Employee I don't feel I should have to hang up and then go online myself to be put on a wait list. Your employees should be better at Customer Service. During these trying times I would expect your Business to be more Customer friendly and not have 2 of your employees spurt out " it's not our Policy ". I have enjoyed going to this particular Sports Clips in the past but I will now take my business elsewhere due to the attitude of these 2 women and your Policies that make me have to jump through to many hoops to get a simple haircut. Your competitors win and you lose out on $$$, not very smart in these economic times.
